RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange
within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note we can only exchange items
based on stock availability. Exchanged or returned items should be in perfect, unused
condition with all tags still in place with proof of purchase. No refunds or exchanges
are offered on jewellery, Please seek to return items within 14 days of the date
of your request to return or exchange. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted
at the discretion of NYLA Ltd and depending on the circumstances. All refunds and
exchanges of all products are subject to review, and actions are taken at NYLA Ltd
discretion.
Before returning any products you must notify us within the 14 day return policy
by sending an email to INFO@NYLABOUTIQUE.COM
or call us on 01344 627154 (office hours Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm). You will
then be provided with a returns form to complete. The form must be returned along
with original receipt received by you via email or post.
All returns with the UK are free of charge and we will arrange for our courier service
to collect the parcel at a suitable time for you.
International purchases are required to return the unwanted order at your own cost.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and
retain it for your own reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking
number to prove the items have been returned. Without this, we will be unable to
refund any money if we do not receive the items.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure
your return is packaged securely to prevent any damage.
