HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON WWW.NYLABOUTIQUE.COM

There are many of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for. In the comfort of your home you can easily browse through the categories section, allowing you to shop by Women or Men. Once you have chosen your category you can refine your search by either clicking on Collection and view product type (i.e. Clothing) or selecting the Designer you would like to view.

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility [bottom right of the Website] and we will find you everything related to your specific search.

Once you have selected your item, select size and colour and click “add to shopping bag” button. You may view your shopping bag by clicking the “shopping bag” icon [top right of the website]. When you have decided to end the simple and stress free shopping experience, follow ‘proceed to checkout’ button.

The final stages will require you to input your personal details, card details and shipping options.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NYLA BOUTIQUE NEWSLETTER?

The best way to receive the latest information about NYLA Boutique is to sign up for the monthly newsletter. Simply sign up for our newsletter found on the bottom right of the homepage, if you are a registered nyla boutique user you will automatically receive the monthly newsletter.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK

We do advice you act quickly on your favourite items, as some of our popular products will run out very quickly. We are a boutique so our collection is always changing so please do check the “what’s new” section.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email informing you of your purchase, as soon as your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a final email letting you know that your goods are on its way.

HOW DO I RETURN AN EXISTING ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your item or would like an exchange for different size or colour, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of your purchase via email at info@nylaboutique.com or call 01344 627154 (Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm). Please bare in mind we can only offer exchanges on items based on stock availability; also on jewellry there are no refunds. We must receive the item within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition along with the receipt and tags in place.

WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

With the pre-order option [bottom left of the website] you will gain priority on the specific item. Please note you will have to pre-pay for this service. When the item is in stock you will receive an email notifying you. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping rates will depend on which service you require. A signature is essential upon receiving the delivery. The following options are available:

  • Standard delivery 1 to 2 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £5.00
  • Next day delivery on orders placed before 5.00pm (Monday-Thursday excluding bank holidays) £10.00
  • Saturday delivery (orders placed before 5.00pm Friday, excluding bank holidays) £20.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over £100.00
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

When signing in you will see an option asking if “you have forgotten your password”. We will email a temporarily password within 24hours.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

After your order has been confirmed, you will be charged when your order has been dispatched.
